Triple Berry Blast Smoothie

  • ¾ cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup plain, vanilla or fruit-flavored Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup water (for a thinner smoothie, use slightly more water)
