Tropical Kale Smoothie
This smoothie packs a powerful nutritional punch, and tastes so yummy you’ll be wondering where the kale is.
- ¾ cup raspberries
- ½ cup pineapple, chopped into chunks
- 1 banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup kale, chopped (ribs and thick stems removed)
- ½ cup milk
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve & enjoy!
